The Belgian Blue – Disappearing Birds

“Disappearing Birds” immerses the listener in raw nature. Lead singer Pádraig sings of loss and legacy, inspired by a chapter in the novel “Reading in the Dark” by his Irish compatriot, poet and author Seamus Deane. The song was recorded and mixed by keyboardist Ferdi at Bingosound Studios in Surheim, live and in one take. Because the Belgian Blue is more than the sum of its´parts; they are a collective, embodying the interaction and magic that arises from making music within a community.
