FARCE – Going To The People Museum
Going To The People Museum” is FARCE turning human connection into an exhibition of longing, projection and rejection. The single looks at the strange ways we mythologize each other: how someone can become “everything to you and nothing at all”, a superstition, a saint, a burden, or simply a word inside somebody else’s story.
Sharp, angry and strangely tender, the track captures the tension between wanting to be seen and being trapped in other people’s personal mythologies. FARCE moves through outsiderdom with an empowered refusal to disappear, confronting the absurdity of intimacy, the pain of almost-closeness, and the need to come closer together instead of falling apart.
