adaolisa – until I’m nothing
The Keyboards and Organ sit upright with polished manners, pretending everything offered is a gift rather than a debt. The Claves tick like a countdown to a confrontation, while the Guitar strums a melody of forced, hollow gratitude. Underneath it all, the Drums kick impatiently against the tray — demanding something more than a shiny surface, starting a fire through the friction.
The oldest song on the album, written over two years ago in a hotel bathtub, laid the founding brick for the entire project— brought to life by producer Luki Legend (Lukas Klement).
As adaolisa’s lead single, it sets the tone for what’s to come: a playful, lovestruck R&B disco-pop record that doesn’t shy away from love’s sharper edges. Close your eyes and let the
Organ dictate its scenes — of a love that is, so often and so sadly, its own undoing.
