The single reflects the thoughts that often arise after a breakup: you always had a feeling that something was off but never wanted to acknowledge it. If only you had trusted your gut, which is usually right.

Portrait of Tao is the indie-pop project of Fabian Holoubek, a musician and songwriter with over two decades of stage experience. As a bassist, he has played alongside renowned Austrian artists such as OSKA, Sakura, Ina Regen, and Mathea.
