Elettrotape – Feels Like

After their first EP in 2023 and this year’s summer single Sentore, Elettrotape’s next single Feels Like will follow in October (release: October 11).
With a mixture of electronic and indie, reduced but powerful beats and a strong yet fragile voice, Feels Like ushers in a certain autumn melancholy.
After several edits and versions of the song (originally written in 2020), the band has now found the final shape of their new single.

Feels Like is about loneliness and reflection, about the speed of current times and the expectations and pressure of society.
A catchy but broken synthesizer riff and a vulnerable yet powerful voice (à la Florence + the Machine) mirror these themes in the song.
In Feels Like, the four musicians deal with awareness of themselves and their own role in society, and at the same time with the recurring realization that we ourselves only play a very small part in the universe.
